By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service, so make sure to read them first.
Commission Openings
Regular commissions openings, Your Character Here (YCH), auctions and special openings are usually advertised in advance and announced simultaneously on my Telegram channel, Bluesky, Furaffinity and Twitter.
Slot amount, available commission types, and specific details/rules will likely be different each time.
Since I don't reserve slots, make sure to follow me on my platforms to stay updated or ask to be added to a notification list!
Keep in mind that, in order to keep my queue and wait times within a comfortable limit and avoid burnout, I tend not to take many slots per opening and application forms will go through a selection process.
Commission Inquiries [only for 2024]
While I don't usually take commissions outside of regular openings, due to particular circumstances for this year (2024), I'll be allowing inquiries for commissions at any time!
If you have an idea for a custom commission and are serious about it, just fill this form with the details or contact me directly!
If I'm interested in the project, I'll give you a quote, and if I'm available at the time, I may decide to proceed with the order outside of regular openings.
If I happen to be busy at the time and it you don't have a specific date to schedule it for, you'll still be getting a quote (valid until the next matching regular opening, where it'll pass the selection process by default) and I'll be contacting you the moment I'm free to work on it!
While I don't usually take commissions outside of regular openings and what's listed as available on this site, off-menu projects can be asked for through inquiries.
Please be aware that sending an inquiry does not mean I will automatically accept your commission, as everything is on an extremely case-by-case basis.
Work hours
My work hours are kept updated in my Schedule, but keep in mind that it might not be completely accurate due to external causes (health, IRL issues, emergencies, other priorities, etc). Additionally, some work hours may be dedicated to communication only.
Any major disruption to my schedule will be promptly notified to current clients, marked in the dedicated page and mentioned in my socials if necessary.
Important: I don't offer rush orders, so if there's a deadline you'd like me to meet, please make sure to commission me within a reasonable time frame and mention it when applying.
If you still have any questions after reading this page, please contact me!

Communication
All communication regarding commission work is to be done through email unless stated otherwise.
In the case of YCH, auctions, inquiries and special openings, a copy of the information exchanged elsewhere will be sent to the client's email in order to fill in missing details and finalize the commission.
Please make sure to check spam folders regularly, as sometimes emails may end up there.
Work emails are checked and responded to only within work hours, usually at the start and at the end, with replies being sent out within a couple of business days.
While I'm always available to give updates about commission work, please check my Public Queue before doing so, as it's updated regularly.
Correspondence must be held in English or Italian. If you're using a translator program or generally struggle with English, please let me know so I can speak in a simpler way and clarify things when necessary!
Please keep in mind that a commission transaction does not grant you further social interactions, and you'll be expected to respect boundaries.
I will reply to Telegram messages, Twitter DMs, Discord DMs and FurAffinity notes only to address inquiries and redirect further business communication to email. If you do send inquiries through socials, please skip the small talk and get to the point right away ("Hi" and similar messages may be ignored until something else is said), but keep in mind that any further interaction will be at my discretion as I try to keep my work and social lives separated.
On a related note, I do not reply to all comments and messages over socials. While I tend to read all of them and try to answer all questions, please don't take it personally if I don't reply.

Commission Process
Commission Details and References
A properly filled-in application will improve your chance of being selected.
Keep in mind that the prices indicated on this site are just a baseline. Depending on the complexity of the subject, the final price might be higher.
When describing your idea, please be clear, detailed and concise.
Use of punctuation, doodles and extra references for poses/body type/backgrounds/etc are highly encouraged to fully get the idea across.
If you don't know what you want exactly, you can give me just a few keywords or artistic freedom.
Reference details that might improve your chances of being picked:
_ visual references are highly preferred, especially if all necessary angles of the character are shown and they're flat colored.
_ palette/hex codes are always an appreciated bonus.
_ if you provide only art/references with shading or rendered 3D models, please understand that extra feedback may be required as markings and colors could be hard to read properly. Avoid sending art/pics with intense/bad lighting that makes it hard to understand markings and colors.
_ clarifying details such as flesh/skin/tongue color, exact species, gender presentation, etc will make it easier for me to get them right.
_ send in the full-resolution, high-quality reference to avoid losing details or gaining artifacts in compression.
Additional things you may want to double-check before sending the form:
_ If changes have been made to the character's design and are not portrayed in the provided references, please let me know in the form.
_ I do not work with written references alone, unless the character has a very simple design, it’s a design commission (with design fee) or you give me artistic freedom for the design. If you don’t have a proper reference, you can use a free lineart in order to show me at least the general design of the character, as well as making a palette for the proper colors.
_ If you need the image to be a specific size, format or dpi, let me know beforehand!
_ I do not work with AI-generated images, full stop. Even giving them as reference will result in your order being declined.
_ Please be aware that, while I always color-pick from the provided references in order to be as accurate as possible, I reserve the right to make minor color adjustments in case it's needed for the artwork. If you have a valid reason for the art to be fully color-accurate, let me know!
If you want a commission involving someone else's character, I will require written permission from them.
Due to this, I don't do surprise gift commissions. If you want your commission to still be a partial surprise, just let me know and I will work on it in private, without specifying what it is on my queue or posting WIPs of it.
You may ask for the commission process to be livestreamed/recorded, but it'll be at my own discretion as it's not something I can promise. You may also ask me specifically not to do either of those things for whatever reason, and I will respect that.
Placing an order
During regular openings, I use Google Forms to make the process faster and keep all relevant information in one easy-to-access place for both parties. Other types of opening may require a different application process.
All commission requests go through a selection process to make sure I can do my best without burning myself out. For this reason, I don't do "first-come, first-serve" unless stated otherwise.
If you're selected for a slot, I will contact you through the indicated e-mail to confirm the price quote and address additional questions, which may include an early draft phase if needed. You'll have 72 hours to reply, otherwise your order will be voided, and another applicant will be picked.
Once the order is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to the provided email and you'll be expected to pay within 48 hours unless previously agreed otherwise. Failing to pay within the agreed timeframe will result in the order being voided, and another applicant will be picked.
If you're not selected, please do apply again!
Draft and Approval Phase
Once the order is confirmed, I will work on drafts for it, which will be sent out as soon as possible.
When necessary, I'll work on some thumbnails first to explore the layout and general pose of the commission. For easier orders or once a direction is picked, I'll start working on the rough drafts.
The client can ask for any kind of edit during the approval phase. Please note that rejected drafts at this stage may be reused for other artwork.
Once the draft is approved, the order will be marked for completion in my public queue and worked on accordingly.
Keep in mind that placement in the queue may shift in position depending on payment and client response time.
WIP Phase
Clients will be sent a WIP (Work In Progress) of their commission regularly, and they can request to receive WIPs at specific stages or none at all.
By default, I will send WIPs as often as I deem appropriate, depending on the amount of progress or necessity of feedback. Usual milestones are the final draft, refined sketch, flat colors and major rendering and background steps, if applicable to the commission in question.
WIPs of wing-it commissions won’t be sent past the approval phase, unless deemed necessary by me.
Please understand that, as a safety measure, WIPs will be sent in low resolution or with invasive watermarks.
The client will be able to ask for one free major edit (substantial pose change, changes to a good portion of the image, large edits based on information not included in the initial application, etc) at the sketch phase, then a few more free small edits (limb positioning, expression, etc) before the lines are finalized.
Once the lines have been finalized, the only edits available for free will be markings/color adjustments and addition of small details that won't compromise the rest of the piece.
Additional major edits or lots of small edits will be considered case-by-case and may be subjected to fees at my discretion, especially if they were to impact the integrity of the image. The indicative rate for these edit fees is 20€/h, but might be higher for particularly complex pieces.
Edits required by my own mistakes will always be free of charge.
Not asking for WIPs to approve or giving me artistic freedom means that you’ll probably get your commission done faster, but it also means that you fully trust me with it and that major edits won’t be possible once the artwork is completed.
Failing to reply to WIP updates within 72 hours will automatically bump you down the queue, and a reminder will be sent. Your commission will keep being bumped down until it's the only one left, at which point I will continue working on it to clear my queue. If you're unable to give feedback within that timeframe, please let me know beforehand or with a quick message.
Turnaround Time
My Public Queue is updated regularly, so please refer to it before asking for updates on your order.
Although turnaround time for commissions is usually much quicker, please allow at least 4-8 weeks from the day you purchased your commission for it to be completed.
Bigger commissions may require a longer time to be completed depending on my queue and their complexity, but details will be directly discussed with the customer.
If your commission has not been completed after 8 weeks and no updates have been given, feel free to note me to ask for its progress or for a full refund.
I don't work under strict deadlines. If there's a deadline you'd like me to meet, please make sure to commission me within a reasonable time frame and mention it when applying. I'll either try my best to meet it, but I might not select you if I don't believe I can complete it in time.
Commissions, YCHs and any paid work share the same priority in my queue, above other art.
However, the order in which they're worked on is flexible depending on a few factors, such as feedback and response time, overall time of completion (smaller/similar pieces might be completed in batches), available time and so on. Queue position might also permanently shift in case of delays in communication.
Keep in mind that not all time dedicated to art is part of work days, so personal art and projects will be worked on in-between paid work. I expect this to be respected, as this is necessary to avoid burnout and I'll do my best to remain on schedule regardless.
In the event of any substantial delay, I'll promptly communicate it to the clients, as well as marking it in my Schedule and mention it in my socials if necessary.
Delivery
Once the artwork is finished and you give the final okay, you will receive the following files through email:
Minor edits on completed work are up for discussion within the year since completion at an additional fee depending on complexity. Past that timeframe, I may not have access to the work files anymore.

Delivery
Once the artwork is finished and you give the final okay, you will receive the following files through email:
- full-resolution png without watermark for personal use
- full-resolution png with watermark for public use
- (if applicable/requested) additional versions with lower resolution or custom formats, for ease of posting
- (if requested) CMYK jpeg for printing purposes
Minor edits on completed work are up for discussion within the year since completion at an additional fee depending on complexity. Past that timeframe, I may not have access to the work files anymore.
Price Variations
As stated, the prices indicated on this site are just a baseline. Depending on the complexity of the subject, the final quote might change.
Each quote will be discussed privately with each customer and will go on a case-by-case basis.
Here's a non-comprehensive list of price-changing elements that might be applied to your quote:
Complex designs
Includes: body extensions (extra limbs, multiple long tails, big wings, taur, etc), complex markings (detailed tattoos, lots of small markings that must be consistent, etc), detailed mechanical parts, outfits (detailed clothes, armor, etc) and accessories (intricate jewelry, weapons, etc).
Upcharge depends on complexity, but only if the pose requires so (example: if the complex element in question is hidden from view, you won't be upcharged). Due to this, there might be a high chance of going through pose draft before payment.
Important: you may ask for these to be simplified to avoid the upcharge. This option may not be available on more detailed pieces.
Designs will be simplified as default on certain commission types (stickers, minis, chibis, etc).
By the same logic, characters with very simple designs may be granted a discount and small extra characters may be considered on par with accessories.
Prosthetics, orthotics and mobility aids won't be subjected to a fee by themselves, but any complex design (detailed decorations, extra parts, etc) added to them might still lead to an upcharge for complexity.
Edit Fees
Applies to major edits or lots of small edits that impact the integrity of the image requested past the designated phases.
Major edits: substantial pose changes, changes to a good portion of the image, large edits based on information not included in the initial application, etc.
Small edits: minor pose changes (limb positioning/adjustments, etc), expression changes, etc.
The indicative rate for edit fees is 20€/h, but it will be discussed privately with the client, as it's on a case-by-case basis. Price might be higher for particularly time-consuming edits.
Important: edit fees will be billed separately and must be paid before the files are delivered.
Extra versions
Upcharge depends on the specific request and the level of finish, as well as the number and extent of necessary edits to the artwork per version requested.
The indicative rate for extra versions is 20€/h, but it will be discussed privately with the client, as it's on a case-by-case basis.
Important: extra versions must be requested beforehand, otherwise they will fall under edit fees.
Exclusivity and Anonymity
If you want your commission to remain private, there'll be a 30% fee added to the quote.
Temporary exclusivity (for gift/surprise art) is not charged, while site-specific exclusivity can be discussed.
If you're uncomfortable with your name being displayed, you can ask to remain anonymous as "client" in the posted artwork for free. Simple color changes to the character might be also made when possible to further anonymize you.
Others
• Large print: if you need your commission to be printed on a large canvas (above A4 or larger), there might be a fee to adjust the canvas size and process. If you need the image to be a specific size, format or dpi, let me know beforehand!
• Design fee: applicable only when commissioning a reference sheet without a pre-existing design (extensive redesigns may count towards this).
• Multiple/large orders and returning clients may be eligible for an occasional discount on the total quote.

Tips are not necessary, but always appreciated!
Tips (and only tips!) can be sent as a gift payment to the same email of the invoice or included in the invoice itself.
Donations can be directed towards my Ko-Fi page.
